Where We Ship:  We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing Time: Please allow up to 4 business days, unless otherwise stated due to low or sold our inventory, for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated delivery times vary by carrier and destination but are typically 3–7 business days after shipment.

Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $150 (before taxes). This offer applies to US orders only and will be automatically applied at checkout.

Tracking Your Order: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays: While we do our best to meet estimated delivery windows, Pearl & Vine is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.
